Every month, the orphanage invites all the students and volunteers from Casa do Caminho language school for helping out a whole day! We all help out to build new walls, pick chilies from the farm, paint, cook or fix bikes. The orphenate got donated money for a huge footballfield where the kids and the students can play! At night we have a huge bbq with a talentshow.
This is an incredible experience to get to know with what Casa do Caminho supports and as well get to know with brasils nature and culture! The orphenate is suited in the forest of Xerem, two hours from Rio de Janeiro.
We are looking forward for next visit to the orphanage, 9th of July to celebrate Festa Junina!
